Social Media Marketing and 'Social ABM'
Listening. Understanding. Engaging.
X Factor Communications is one of the UK's earliest-established social media consultancies, specialising in B2B.
We help clients plan, set up and manage their presence on social networks.
We specialise in helping clients identify and connect with target audiences such as customers, new business prospects, media, analysts and other key influencers. We then help nurture those connections in support of clients' commercial objectives.
What sets us apart from other social media agencies is our deployment of Account-based Marketing (ABM) techniques to weaponise social media to drive new business. 'Social ABM', our social media mapping, insight & engagement service helps clients optimise their sales pipeline and deepen engagement with key prospects. Social ABM takes social media to the heart of our clients' commercial strategy.
We work with clients in the UK and beyond, with a particular focus on digital, outsourcing / BPS, high tech and financial services.
